That poor young lady's mother obviously did not instruct her daughter very well concerning fashion. Every young lady must be taught...NEVER WEAR WHITE SHOES,SLACKS OR SKIRTS BETWEEN LABOR DAY AND MEMORIAL DAY!!(sneakers are exceptions) Mercy, what is this world coming to?!
